Eric,

Thanks for the offer. We'll see what we can do. Indeed this outing was
somewhat disappointing.

The shot variety is very limited. The camera is very static (not
conducive for an action scene). The lighting in the truck and some of
the outside scenes was very heavy handed.

Worst of all was the fact that simple things were not paid attention to.
For instance when the truck speeds off - the cop car leaves at exactly
the same time. We cant even get any speed into this moment. It looks
very hokey and has none of the "Cops" quality I had asked for. The cop
being shot is also not very convincing. And neither is his car spinning
out of control. He pretty much just pulls over.

The camera work was sub-par and you have fallen prey to a cameraman who
wanted to get every shot right technically, but there is absolutely no
life in the material.

As for the budgetary issues. This was entirely too much money spent. You
had convinced me to spend more money with the promise of getting us this
really cool gun that will be one of the highlights of the sequence. That
obviously did not exist. I do not mind that so much - I know how
disappointing these things can be, but I would have hoped for a more
effective work around.

Also: Jake and Tony are billing us for PA services. Did you authorize
that - because nobody here certainly did? Not sure what was discussed,
but it certainly is not in the budget?
